ศึกษาหลักวิชาว่าความให้ทราบการเตรียมคดี การเรียบเรียงคําคู่ความ วิธีปฏิบัติภายหลังยื่นคําคู่ความและการพิจารณาคดีในศาล หลักสําคัญของกฎหมายทนายความ รวมทั้งศึกษาหลักวิชาและศิลปะในการร่างนิติกรรมสัญญาต่างๆ และการให้คําแนะนําหรือให้คําปรึกษาทางด้านกฎหมาย
A study of the methods of advocacy; case preparation; pleading arrangement; procedure after the sending of the pleading and trial; cross-examination; re-examination; prepared statements; principles of lawyers; and the principles of drafting contracts and legal consulting.
