A study of the foundations of bankruptcy law, both as it applies to insolvent individuals and as it applies to juristic persons, and the principles of reorganization law, which applies only to juristic persons and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), according to the Bankruptcy Act BE. 2483.
