A study of the nature of juristic acts; creation of juristic acts; declaration of intention; defective declaration, fictitious declaration of intention, and concealed act; interpretation of declaration of intention; void and void able acts; conditions and time conditions; periods of time; prescription, as provided in the Civil and commercial Code Book 1, Title 4-6. The nature, formation, and effect of contracts, earnest and stipulated penalty; rescission of contracts, as provided in Civil and Commercial Code Book 2, Title 2.
